Brian WestBrian West is more than a just a chef; he is a culinary artist. West, who is known for his unique style of American-Latin cuisine, has earned an impeccable reputation in San Antonio's culinary world with his flare for combining flavors in previously unheard of ways to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Doing one thing and doing it well is West's approach and he limits himself to working with only flavors representative of what he considers to be the five major Latin speaking cultures: Mexico, South America, the Caribbean, Spain and of course, Texas. He takes the flavorful palates of these regions, deconstructs and redesigns them to suit the American palate. The result is an extraordinary menu that showcases this talented chef's culinary voice and allows him to play within his own boundaries.
