Eduardo Franco
Eduardo Franco joined the BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group team in 2009 after he completed apprenticeships with Miguel Ardid of Reggiano's and Thomas Benigar of Gladys at the Strand.

The San Antonio native was hired as a grill cook for BRIO's sister restaurant, BRAVO! Cucina Italiana, and was promoted to team leader, sous chef and most recently executive chef of BRIO Tuscan Grille. Franco's hard work ethic and natural talent along with his philosophy, "you're only as good as your last dish," make him a great leader in BRIO's kitchen. When he is not creating delicious dishes (his favorite: Artichoke Crusted Beef Medallions), Franco enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, swimming and cheering on the Spurs.
