"We are delighted to be working with the city's best restaurants and the CVB to present this special opportunity to showcase San Antonio's amazingly diverse culinary scene," said Suzanne Taranto-Etheredge, President/CEO, CULINARIA. "Restaurant Week stimulates excitement about our wide range of choices when it comes to excellent food and wine and makes some of the higher-end restaurants more accessible with specially priced menus. We want everyone to be able to enjoy eating like a gourmet at affordable prices."
CULINARIA is working with local chefs and restaurants to bring Restaurant Week to life. "We hope that San Antonio residents and visitors alike will see this as an opportunity to discover new dining experiences at discounted prices," Tranto said, "and to acquaint themselves with the wide range of cuisines available throughout the city."
