Hall of Education/The Lounge/The Tasting Space
January 9-12
Providing plenty of opportunities to not only learn, but taste as well, attendees will find the Hall of Education featuring tasting tables from brands as well as a lounge area with materials and the Tasting Space Patio allowing the good folks who make the spirits and other products, we love to take the spotlight! The Tasting Spaces will feature portfolios and regional products, including one dedicated to the growing spirits movement across Texas. Tasting Tables will feature single brands, giving them the opportunity to connect with the community directly and show off what they work so hard to produce.

Pop-Ups and Neighborhood Highlights
January 9-12
Texas and its regional neighbors are home to some of the most storied bars in the country, with cocktail cultures that directly reflect the people, history, and cuisine that are so representative of the Third Coast. It is bartenders who make those cultures, and we are thrilled to welcome them into the bars that we know and love right here in San Antonio.
Select bars will play host to visiting bartenders and mixologists, with focus on different neighborhoods per night. Look for unique cocktail experiences in your favorite places around the city, where bar teams from around the region will bring a taste of their cities for all of us to experience.

Spirited Dinners
January 9-12
San Antonio has a thriving food and restaurant culture, and we’re excited to show it off! Our Spirited Dinner Series will feature local chefs and mixologists in their own restaurants, serving a coursed meal, paired cocktails, and a sponsoring spirit that features throughout the meal. Seating is limited.

This cocktail party comes to life with a mix of talented industry professionals showing off their skills at the bar and chefs bringing the tastiest of bites. Sip, indulge and dance the night away.
