As part of the Summer 2025 launch of Culinaria’s new San Antonio Restaurant Weeks website, we’re expanding the way we explore the city—because great experiences don’t happen in a vacuum. These guides are your go-to for making the most of San Antonio in and out of the dining room. Scroll through, get inspired, and start planning your next bite, sip, or stroll.

If you’ve ever wondered where to start when eating your way through the Alamo City, our San Antonio Food Trails are your answer. Curated by a team that lives and breathes local flavor, the trails highlight standout spots across the city’s most iconic (and most craveable) categories, such as margaritas, tacos, burgers and barbecue. Each trail offers a guided path to some of San Antonio’s most beloved bars and restaurants, taking the guesswork out of deciding where to go next.

On the In Tacos We Trust Trail, you’ll find longtime favorites like Los Barrios, known for its melt-in-your-mouth pork and handmade tortillas, alongside modern takes like Roho Pork & Bread, which blends tradition with playful twists. The Burger Bliss: Grill & Thrill Trail invites you to branch out with bold burgers at places like Biff Buzby’s Burgers, where a no-nonsense approach is the only approach, and Mark’s Outing, a casual Eastside spot with punchy, soulful food that hits every time.

For those who sip with intention, the One More Round Trail serves up can’t-miss options like The Modernist, where creative cocktails fuel fashionable hangs, and Carriqui, a Pearl-area gem dishing out signature margaritas with chile-infused tequila and wildflower honey.

The beauty of the Food Trails is that they aren’t just a list—they’re a launching point.

Whether you’re planning a night out with friends, a date night, or a weekend of solo exploration, the trails give you access to the best of San Antonio, one perfectly curated bite at a time. So go ahead: choose a trail, grab your people, and start exploring.
