As the plates are cleared and the last bites of dessert are savored, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you.

The Summer iteration of San Antonio Restaurant Weeks was once again a celebration of flavor, community, and the vibrant culinary talent that makes our city shine. From August 9–23, diners came out in full force to explore new restaurants, cherish old favorites, and support the hospitality industry we all love.

To our diners: thank you for showing up with open hearts (and empty stomachs!). Every reservation, every shared plate, and every toast at the table helps strengthen the local dining community. Your enthusiasm brings San Antonio Restaurant Weeks to life, and your support ensures that San Antonio’s chefs and restaurateurs can continue to do what they do best — create unforgettable meals. We also loved seeing your menus and dishes shared across social media — your photos, posts, and tags helped spread the word and kept the excitement buzzing all over the city.

To our restaurants and chefs: we are in awe of your creativity, passion, and dedication. From carefully curated prix fixe menus to impeccable service, you reminded all of us why San Antonio’s food scene is truly one of a kind. You turned every meal into a celebration and gave diners a reason to keep coming back long after Restaurant Weeks ends.

This year, we were thrilled to launch a brand-new initiative designed to support hospitality at the local level — and it wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing hotel partners. By offering special rates and creating packages just for San Antonio Restaurant Weeks fans, these partners extended the dining experience beyond the table, giving visitors and locals alike even more reasons to explore San Antonio.

We are deeply thankful to our sponsors, whose generosity and partnership make San Antonio Restaurant Weeks possible year after year. From supporting local dining to amplifying our message, these organizations help us create a celebration that reaches every corner of the city. Their commitment not only strengthens the culinary community but also ensures that chefs, restaurants, and diners alike can come together for two unforgettable weeks.

Together, you all made this year’s event a success. Whether you tried one menu or ten, and whether you cooked in the kitchen or dined at the table, you were part of something special. Until next time, we remain deeply appreciative — and excited for all the flavors still to come in San Antonio.

As we wrap up this season, we invite you to continue exploring San Antonio’s culinary scene through our brand-new San Antonio Restaurant Weeks website. There, you’ll find curated restaurant collections and insider guides to help you plan your next dining adventure. Beyond the table, the site also offers travel resources and exploration tips to make the most of your time in our city — whether you’re discovering a new neighborhood spot or planning a full weekend of food and fun. Been trying out Nano Banana for AI image generation lately. You just describe what you want in plain text and it generates something — built on Gemini so the quality is decent. Handles a range of styles from realistic to anime. Useful for quick concept visuals without needing to set up anything locally.

I enjoy seeing how diners share their experiences online during events like this. Social media photos, reviews, and recommendations can amplify the excitement and help smaller restaurants gain visibility. After a busy day, I sometimes unwind with Cool Games, but reading about food festivals like this always reminds me how important local support is for keeping a city’s culinary culture vibrant and sustainable.

How much heart goes into supporting local restaurants, it really shows how food brings people together. It reminded me of when my oven died right before a family dinner and I almost rushed to buy a new one, but a friend suggested trying appliance repair in Richardson TX first. Honestly, fixing it saved me a lot of money and the old oven still works great, plus it felt less wasteful. Since then I try to repair before replacing, because good appliances often just need a little care. Thanks for supporting the community and inspiring folks to be mindful in their kitchens too.
