San Antonio Restaurant Weeks is back for Winter 2026, inviting locals and visitors alike to experience the city’s culinary scene through thoughtfully crafted, prix-fixe menus — all while supporting the restaurants and hospitality professionals who make San Antonio such a dynamic food destination.

Taking place January 17-31, this winter edition will once again showcase the diversity, creativity, and heart of San Antonio dining. From neighborhood favorites to chef-driven destinations, Restaurant Weeks offers diners the perfect excuse to try somewhere new, revisit beloved spots, and savor standout dishes at an exceptional value. Participating restaurants may offer three-course lunch menus for $20-$30 and three-course dinner menus priced at $35–$55 for upscale experiences, with proceeds supporting CULINARIA’s year-round mission to uplift San Antonio’s food and beverage community.

Why Winter Is the Perfect Time to Dine Out

There’s something special about Restaurant Weeks in the winter. Cooler weather makes cozy dining rooms even more inviting, and chefs often lean into heartier, comfort-driven dishes that feel tailor-made for the season. And, if you missed the chance to gather with friends during the holiday season, this is the perfect time to do so.

Whether you’re planning a date night, a group dinner, or a solo splurge, the winter edition offers countless ways to explore San Antonio’s food scene without the guesswork.

Early Participants & Community Partners

The Winter 2026 lineup is already taking shape, with early participants including Ladino, Frederick’s Bistro, and Brenner’s on the River Walk, each bringing their own distinct culinary perspective to the table.

Culinaria is also proud to welcome back Hotel Emma as a returning boutique hotel partner. Longtime supporters of Restaurant Weeks, Hotel Emma and other participating hotels help create memorable stay-and-dine experiences for visitors looking to make a weekend of it. Additional restaurants and partners will continue to be announced as the event approaches.

More Than a Meal

Restaurant Weeks isn’t just about great food — it’s about connection. It’s a celebration of chefs, servers, bartenders, hosts, and the many hands behind each plate. For restaurants, it’s an opportunity to reach new diners, experiment creatively, and showcase what makes their concept special. For diners, it’s a chance to engage more deeply with the local culinary community.

Throughout the event, Culinaria will also spotlight participating restaurants through blog features, social media, and TV appearances — helping amplify their stories well beyond the dining room.

Plan Ahead

Restaurant Weeks is one of the busiest times of year for many participating restaurants, and reservations are strongly encouraged. Menus, participating locations, and booking details will be available closer to the event.

That mention of Smashin Crab really caught my eye since I love seafood spots, but I'm curious how the prix-fixe lunches at $20-$30 compare to their regular menu pricing. Might have to check out which restaurants are leaning into heartier winter dishes, though I'm a total outsider to the San Antonio scene — https://tuoverse.com

My friend sent me a link to Connect Master and I was like 'whatever, I'll try it.' Now I'm the one sending everyone screen recordings of my boards. The game makes you stare at these character tiles and try to spot the hidden group—could be the same hat or mood or something subtle. It’s honestly calming for a late-night scroll session. I love that you can swap cards and test your guesses without penalty.
